Dear Sir, My diet is completely fit (full of protein and curbs) because of my workout goals And fluids in items of water is also decent (8 to 10) glasses It is the sudden dizzy feeling that come every afternoon and makes me sleep How to get rid of it?

You need to reduce carbs and eliminate sugars entirely. Eat three meals in a window of 8 hours and not more. Add fat to meals. Mostly MUFAs. Should help regulate blood sugars better.
