Sir, mera 21 Feb ko c section hua us bd thode hormones Imbalance ho rahe ab thk hai mjhe back m sweating bhut hoti hai. Kbi skin burn hoti hai hands ki feet ki back m. Thode din phele central head m sensation si thi tingling si. Mjhe doc n Vibrania-d aur Ashvagandha Diya jis se phele se frk hai. To Kya ye normal hai. ya,ho abhi recently hi apki c section hui hai toh body kafi weak hoti hai.body ko pura pehle k jaisa normal hone me 1 year lag jata hai.baby care k wajah se khud ko time aur proper rest nh de pate jisse tingling sensation weakness k wajah se hoti hai. sweating kuch dino tak harmonal changes k wajah se hoti hai.acha diet lijiye ,ghee.protien diet ka sevan kijiye.Daily milk lijiye, fruits nuts khaiye.kisi medicine k bina bhi ye samasya thik ho jaegi.
