I have pain in whole body after jogging or running for few minute, what is solution for this situation?

hello dear,ITs common for you to have mild body pains after jogging or running esp. if you are not habituated to it or you have started jogging recently.Take your time time to make your body get setteld to it.Eat a balanced diet ,protein rich diet,lots of fiber and fresh juices may help.Have milk and boiled egg without yolk daily to make your muscles strong.Calcium deficiency or vitamin deficiency also lead to body pains.a healthy food plan will always work.Have a fresh veggies and soya beans.avoid junks.
