I am 32 years old and my wt. Is 87 kg. I gain 20 kg wt. After pregnancy. I have no thyroid or diabetics or hormone problem. Recently I consult with a doctor and he gave me wt. Loss tablet and dose 3 tablet/day. I want to know is there have any side effects/ long term effects of those tablet? I am doing job I have no time for walking or gym. I was tried dried control but had no amazing result. Is there have solution for me to reduced at least 30 kg wt?
