I am a 20 years old girl. 5'3" height and 60 kgs weight. I put on some weight in past 3 months due to staying in home after my college ends. Recently, in past 3-4 days, I feel heavily bloated, right after my meal inspite of eating light food. Its an unusual bloating and my tummy feels like a balloon.
