Hi Sir, I am 34 years old woman, I have one child of age 8. I suffer from migration usually twice in a month or 3-4 days before mensuration cycle, other wise my mensuration cycle is ok. I don't take any regular medicine only take medicine when I feel headache that is normally any saridon or ibrufun. But from last one week I feel so much weakness and light headache and vertigo all time and irritation with light. I also put on some weight. I need your suggestions about what I do or don't about my diet, daily routine.
