Radiation exposure of >5 rads is harmful for the fetus during pregnancy. CT abdomen causes radiation exposure of 2.5-3.5 rafs. During early pregnancy fetus is resistant to malformation effect of radiation. Therefore don't worry and continue the pregnancy. Get a good level 2 ultrasound done at 18-20 weeks.

CT scan is not done during pregnancy because of high risk of radiation Her periods on 6 June Confirm pregnancy by ultrasound abdomen and urine test for pregnancy. Anyway you can not keep the pregnancy The periods she got in June must be scanty Or the Reports are faulty Check again.
