I have to suffer lot of digestive problems. So I want to increase good bacteria in my gut. I have a tendency of occurring anal fissures if stool becomes little hard. So, please tell some natural food item so that I can increase good bacteria and as a side- effect hard stool not occur and corresponding anal fissure not occur.

Yogurt, buttermilk, cheese etc are good sources of probiotics. Inorder to avoid consipation you should include food rich in fiber. Whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits like Papaya, apples, bananas etc should be consumed. Avoid greasy food because it can be hard to digest.
