Hello Rituparna, 1. Have always small and Frequent meals. 2.Take High protein diet. 3.Take plenty of Fruits. 4.Include Juices, Shakes, Dark chocolate, Cold coffee, Kheer, any sweet item after dinner, Egg , Roasted Chicken,Coconut water. 5. Do stretching exercise alternate days.
