I am uncircumcised and my parents never told me that I should retract the skin all the way back and I thought that as long as I can piss normally its nothing to be worried about but as soon as I discovered that I can not retract the skin I am getting kind of worried so what exercise am I supposed to do and is there any sort of cream to help the skin?
