I play badminton regularly in the evenings. My shoulder has been hurting since a couple of days as I attempted a smash without any warm up. It is not serious enough to stop me from playing. Just that I refrain from any risky play. Are there any exercises or anything else I can do to reduce the stress?Or should I give my shoulder a rest for sometime so that it heals itself. I am not comfortable with any medication. Thanks in advance.
