I am 30 years old. have 2 years old son. After my delivery, that was with operational delivery, I am losing weight continuously. Before pregnancy I weighed 49 kg now my weight is 43 kg and my height is 4'11 feet. I usually feel low at energy and most of time I have back pain. I want to ask how do I gain weight and remain fit?
