I have a nasal swelling in both nose. Nose block occurs when l sleep at night specially that side which l lay down. Blocking also occurs during winter season and when l get cold. L have to take nasal drop every night before sleep. Nasal swelling decreases when take hot water through nose. I am suffering from a long time back. I want advice to cure from this disease.

Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free , exercise regularly and Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night
