Hello, I am 46 having major endogenous depression since last 20 years. Major problem is related to impaired short-term memory and slow thinking process. Currently I am taking 50 mg paroxetine 300 mg Lamictal .Please suggest good add on medication that helps me in restoring my sharp and excellent memory I used to have before depressive episode.
