Hi Doctor, I had unprotected sex with my fiancee 10 days back. She was due on her periods last night however, today morning she vomited a lot and had severe headache and has pain somewhere near her belly (navel). Please advice if this is related to pregnancy. If yes, then how can it be avoided without taking any pills. We do not want to disclose it to anyone.
