Hi Sir, I have grown unknown small, closed, painless and itchy bumps on my testicles they grow and disappear them self but are always there. They do not look like warts. I didn't have any type of sex with anyone but as I am 18 years old student I have a very active lifestyle with lots of rigorous physical works due to which I sweat a lot and my underwear are almost always wet which I don't get time to change till next 12 to 24 hours.
