Hello Experts, Last six months se mere both legs and both hands me pain rahta h but hands me minor and legs me jyada rahta h. This is happening very 2 or 3 days and while I start walking it goes sometimes but at the time of sitting paining is too much. Mouth me kadwahat bhi bahut hota h achanak se jiski wajah se mujhe mouth freshener Lena padta. Pls suggest.

Leg Exercise Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hand Exercise Hot fomentation. Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist Exerciser.
