Hi Sir, I am a student, and I am from India. So here is my question. My height is 6.1 ft and my weight is above 90 kgs and lots of fat. To be simple I am gained weight from last one year before I was so slim. I am not able to manage this heavy body. And let me tell how I gained weight it is all because of my alcohol habit and eating lots of food. So now I want to reduce me weight. So I was planning to start a water fasting for 15 days. Is that good? Will there any side effects or any risks or danger with water fasting. Please help me out.
