Hi Sir, Does urine albumin/creatinine ratio reflects kidney issue? My age is 29 Random Blood Sugar: 209 Fbg: 223 Hba1c: 8.9 Urinary Glucose: 200 Urinary Protein: Trace Urinary Micro Albumin: 200 Creatinine Urine: 293 Ratio: 68.3 Bp: 160/110. My urine is very foamy type, it is looking like surf mixed water types. And also when I am standing more than 10 mins I can feel pain on my lower back.
