I am working in a MNC and have 9-6 daily office schedule, my age is 22 years and my height is 180 cms. Weight 72 Kgs. As I live away from my home I do not have any fixed lunch or dinner or breakfast menu and no proper timing, which is resulting in weakness. To overcome that, I am planning to start shilajit as my daily supplement (it consists of ashwagandha, safe musli, shilajit, gokshura etc and is dosage of 150 mg shilajit per serving of 15 ml). I want to know will this help in improving my health or does it have any side effects, because I am planning to continue this for long time.
