Based on your complaints, I am suggesting you some exercises and do's and don'ts that you need to follow strictly. You need to avoid strenuous activities like carrying weights, floor sitting, bending foreward, long distance travelling and ofcourse frequent stair climbing. Apart from this postural correction is a must. You can do some back extension exercises and isometric exercises. Use lumbar support while walking and standing. Further examination need to be carried out if the pain persists.
