I have a problem in ears due nerves damage. This has been caused by a trauma (loud music) which occurred 3 years ago. The trauma has caused nerves injury from my left ear to my left hand. I have difficulty moving my left hand except with pain and impaired mobility. It felt weak and I feel there's a link between the trauma and my neck to hand impairment. Please advise.

Yes trauma to the neck may cause damage to the nerves responsible for movement of hand. GO for MRI. Later physiotherapy and medication may be required.
