Reduce salt in your diet. Try cutting your salt content to 3/4 th teaspoon a day. Include more fresh fruits and vegetables. Increase food that has high potassium such as green leafy Vegetables, banana, melons etc. Avoid pickles, pappads and processed foods. Exercise daily for 30-45 minutes.
