Hi I am 25 years age. I used to masturbate like once in 2-3 days since last 5-6 years and now I am not able to control my urine after peeing, A few drops are still left in my bladder which comes out when I sneeze or if there is any pressure on bladder. After 10-15 mins of peeing, I do not face any issue of urine control even while sneezing or coughing. Please help me. Thanks!
