I am a 31 year old working professional. I am unmarried. I have been masturbating for a long time. Recently I have observed that my semen volume has reduced drastically since last one year. I have been consuming hair loss medicines like finpecia and hairloss since last one year. Also in a recent annual medical check up it was observed that there is a small cyst in my prostate. PSA was normal. Urologist said not to worry about cyst. I am still worried. Are the medicines the reason behind my reduced fertility and the cyst. Please help as im extremely worried.
