Hello lybrate-user, thank you for the query. White patches on skin are due to nutritional deficiency, ring worm infection or low immunity. Recurrent eye infection could be viral, bacterial or allergic. I would advice to visit a dermatologist for the white patches and an opthalmologist for eye infection. Improve on the nutrition of the kid and practice proper hygiene after play in kids.
