I delivered baby 3 months back. I started my pregnancy with 76 kgs and ended with 88 kgs. Now after 3 months am back to 76 kgs. In my first pregnancy also I lost all my pregnancy weight within 3 months but after I gained all those weight and I couldn't able to reduce that weight. Why this happens and is it going to happen now after second pregnancy also? Is there any solution to not to gain overweight.(Anyways am under control with out taking sweets and oil foods and any high calorie foods)
