I have back pain from last four years. When I stand up. Pain remain severe. My femur bone area shows pinching pain. When I seat pain subside. But when I stand up and walk for time my pain increase gradually and finally unbearable. I have to take break for some time and then walk again.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
