Hi Sir, My 2.5 years baby is having very irregular sleep habit at night, mostly sleeps at 11: 30 PM and generally wake up after 3-4 hours and walk away from bed. Afterwards sleep after 1-2 hours up to 9-10 AM. Same irregularities during day hours too. Please suggest.

Hello There is nothing to worry about It's just a matter of habit The child is still small His sleeping pattern will improve as he grows You will have to take some efforts to regularise his sleeping pattern like keeping him busy when he is trying to sleep at the wrong time etc.
