Hi Sir, I am 36 years old. I am taking 50 mg Thyronorm tab for thyroid. My thyroid levels are within normal range and fsh is 1.42 and right now i am having periods. Is it a threat to my life. What should I do? please suggest.

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. TSH 1.42 mU/L shows the condition is very well controlled. There is no need to change dosage of Levothyroxine (50 mcg/day). hypothyroidism is one of the very simple disease, as providing adequate quantity of Thyroxine as supplement daily is all that needed. One lives an absolutely normal life. Thanks.
