Vaginal ulcer operation happened of my mother ,as per biopsy report Moderately differentiated infiltrating squamous cell, carcinoma and in MRI pelvis report findings evidence of an enlarged lymph node (about 20mmx 11 mm) with restricted diffusion, seen in left internal iliac group along with similar prominent lymph node in right internal iliac group and enlarged similar lymph node in left inguinal region (about 24x16 cm. A prominent lymph node seen in right inguinal region .likely metastatic. CT Upper Abdomen report .small calculus measuring 2.5 mm in interpolation calyx of right kidney .impression: Case of Vulval CA evaluation. Need suggestions. Operation need to be required? Can it remove through medicine? Can she lead as normal life if operation happened? Chomo to be required?
