Hi lybrate-user, PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a medical condition which involves lifestyle change including regular exercise and dietary changes. The key is to eat smaller meals at regular intervals and work on restricting high calorie or junk foods to start seeing a fat loss. Also a balanced intake of complex carbs like wheat, oats or jowar along with lean protein such as egg whites or low fat dairy will help prevent more fat gain. Exercise should be 30 minutes a day in form of weight training or cardio 5 times a week.
