Hello sir, I have some irritation in right leg and pain also but it is not continue. Now I jogging daily almost 5 kms. May be pain is caused by. My veins of right leg are shown with black colour.

Hi lybrate-user Looks like you have got varicose veins you might need a stocking Also you need to change your shoes every 8/9 months incase you run on hard surface Also will running you should gradually increase speed and also cool down i.e slow down for some distance then stop Take these measures and observe In case it still persists Go to a physiotherapist nearby to get treatment done for the pain.
