Hello lybrate-user, Less haemoglobin in children is usually due to improper food habits or diet & mostly due to intestinal worms. So, blood transfusion is not required. Instead give her more green vegs like spinach, carrot, beet roots etc. You can let her go on de-worming syrups with vitamin supplements to enhance her appetite. Thank you.
