Hi I am having a frequent urination last night .i can't sleep full night. I have going for pee ateast 50 times and urine also coming too less at that time. whenever I lie down on bed again I have a urge to. Go to pee. I am now feeling low in morning because I a have not drink much water after this issue kindly refer what is the issue. Please refer what to eat ,drink at this time please refer which medicines should I go for.

Hi Lybrate user it may be due to some infection. Keep hydrated yourself by using ORS. Take tab Dysentrol two tab two times a day. Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet and green leafy vegetables. Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc. Take rest for 2 days.
