Your present weight is very danger. See standard weight means in your bodyur organs r doing well bcaz they have free space to perform (logically). But when you r obese that free space is occupied by this unwanted fat which affects organs performance. So first follow three main meal i.e breakfast, lunch, dinner & 3 fillers of salad or fruit of season. Start this first, nd s per my advice follow plan to get ride of this condition.
