I have a back pain on my right side nearer to right kidney but pain increasing upon inhaling oxygen. I took some pain killer tablets by which pain decreases to some extent but after some days the pain seems to be occurring again.

First you clear. Is it nearer to kidney or above the buttock. To clear this is this real back pain or else. I suggest you go for routine urine examination as well as x-ray of LS spine ap/lateral view later you can go for USG. Don't take more pain killers bcoz if back pain is due to calculus of kidney it can aggrevate the problem later.
