I had started doing Yoga in beginning of Feb 2018. I practised till 15 April. From mid march beginning, I started to feel intense pain in my spine whenever I had to sit more than 1.5 hours. I didn't know actual reason. But, I continued my yoga because In normal daily activities, It was not problem for me in my spine during March & April period. I thought I overstretched spine while doing yoga on 16 April. From 16 April, I haven't been doing yoga. Even, today, I am experiencing no pain while even more than 2-3 hours now at one period of sitting. But I am feeling little bit pain in spine in early morning for 15-25 minutes when I wake up daily. And it happens on daily basis just in the morning.
