For pcod you have to do daily exercise drink 3l of water daily avoid oily fried and junk food avoid rice foods drink 2 glass of warm water on empty stomach then add juices to your diet avoid mangoes, and calorie fruits 1/2 cup amla juice n 1 cup water.
