If you take allopathic treatment it cannot be cured.. If you take homoeopathic treatment it can be cured in few months... Diet is less spices and less oil.. more fibers...

U should avoid spicy food,,food having high fibre,,avoid red meat,,,take light food,,take fruits,,do regular exercise,,do some yoga,,u have to cope up with ur anxiety,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently
