Hello. I have my current height 169. 1 cms and weight 66.1 kgs. 24 years old. Have Some belly fat presently. I want to increase my height upto 5-6 cms. I.e 174-175 cms along with reducing weight. What to do?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Height of a person is depending on heredity, nutrition during growing phase and environment. 80% is dependent on ones parents height. Plus height grows only till 18 to 19 years. Once the long bones stop their growth, there is no further increase. So at 24 years it is rather impossible to get any further increase. Thanks.
