Hi Sir, I have chocolate cyst in my left ovary with a size of approximately 6.8/4.9 cm. I am married since two years and want to have a baby. I have serious pain during and after period and sometimes feel irritation in cyst area. I have consulted with a number of doctors but none of them are giving me clear suggestions. Someone is prescribing for laparoscopy others are giving medicine for reduction of size of cyst. Please give me your important opinion. At present I am taking digest.
