I have read on an article that continuous sleep without break for 7 to 9 hours is necessary to avail its benefits for body repairing. Many people awake early in the morning for a morning walk. And also Muslims get up in the morning before sunrise for Fajar Prayers. In this way during summer season when nights are shorter, 7 to 9 hours continuous sleep is not possible. Please guide about this matter.

Better go to bed early at 7 or 8 pm. Actually its right time for better sleeping according to law of nature.
