Sir in my knee and lower back the pain is going on and when I consult a doctor then he advised some check up like MRI & X-ray report but nothing was found. All reports will be good then he prefers some vitamin tablets I taken the tablets for last 3 months but na relax in the pain. I also do yoga also daily but no effect. So what I do.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
