Am 28 years old, never had sex. But realize I get erections when talking or chatting with ladies either physically or on phone though I don't think of sexual things when talking to them. I also realize I don't last even one minute when masturbating, which I don't do until some few days ago I started. How can I overcome these problems premature ejaculating and lasting long in bed.
