1) Kindly advice what type of tea (I.e; green tea, milk tea, black tea etc.) is good for health & how many times it can be taken in a day? 2) Kindly advice can I take tea along with fruits & others foods? Please advice what type of foods should be avoided before or after tea time?

Tea shouldn't be taken with anything along and it hampers the absorption so one hour gap between tea and whatever you eat also it doesn't matter the type of tea you have. If your overall diet is not proper. A complete diet plan with any tea can be taken green tea increases your metabolism so you can have this.
