Dear Lybrateuser, - You should at least brush your teeth twice a day in the morning & after dinner before sleep, ideally it is after every meal, brush for about two min, do warm salt water gargles 2-3 times a day for your problem - get plaque removed by a dentist if it doesn't go away with brushing - brush gently with a soft brush.
