I had sex 1 week back with a female partner and she experienced bleeding and vaginal dryness after sex, it looks like I have an STI that I transmitted, please tell me what Antibiotics to take and how to take them, I mean empty stomach or something. I also got a small wart on lower stomach recently and felt itching in my genitals, rest I do not see any other symptom with myself.
