Hey, I am 25 years old. I am facing pain in my full body parts. Back pain in l5 l6 area and right leg from thigh to butt and to foot. I feel laziness and lack of energy most of the time these days. Don't know what to do? Please tell me about the solution for this. Exercise, protein powder, calcium etc to be taken or not? I am having pain in my body. Should I take and protein powder like protein plus.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
