I'm 34 years old female. A bone like thing is emerging outside of my right hand wrist .I had consulted the doctor last week and took an x-ray but he said that it was not a bone and if he removes it then there is a chance that it would come again. What I should do now?

. For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.
